Copyright and takedown policy
We take copyright seriously. This page explains how to report content and how quickly we act on valid reports.
Filing a notice
If you believe content reachable through our service infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to tvpourtous.off@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Information required
Your notice must include: your contact details, an identification of the protected work, the precise stream or channel concerned, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond
Valid notices are reviewed within 48 hours. Where a report is substantiated, access to the reported stream is disabled and the upstream provider is notified. Repeat sources are removed permanently.
Counter-notice
If your stream was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the same identifying information and a statement of consent to jurisdiction.
